Google AdSense also calculates how many clicks you get, and they also check how many people have stayed on the site of the ad for more than 30 seconds.You will get your earned money every month. Also the minimum payout is 100$. So if you don't make 100$ per month the amount of money you've made will go further to next month. So let's say you've made 50$ in one month, you will not get paid, but the next month you will start of at 50$ until you make 100$.
